For me, the problem continued until some point after 8am this morning, but now everything is back to normal. Live signal strength and quality readings on my Humax didn't change throughout all this as far as I noticed, but the picture breakup on HD channels made them unwatchable yesterday...
Yes, all HD channels breaking up constantly despite signal strength and quality showing normal levels, all SD channels fine. The same thing happened a week or two ago, also on a weekend morning, but was fine again by the afternoon and stayed that way until this morning.
I was a little...
The "My Video" folder appears empty if I look at it through FTP, which normally shows all the individual files. Is there anything that might have missed?
I hadn't considered that. I'm in the habit of deleting recordings as soon as I've watched them, perhaps I'll try leaving them for a day or so before I delete them and see if this problem reoccurs.
I'm aware that corrupt recording files can cause problems like this, but in this case there were...
This has started happening to me recently and it always seems to be because the next scheduled recording is in the past. It has somehow reappeared despite already having been completed.
Today, for instance, I noticed the hard disk was staying active when I switched it to standby, as if it was...
Thanks both, problem solved.
The epgrange diagnostic showed the correct dates, but deleting the EPG database in maintenance mode and then waiting for it to re-populate returned it to normal.
I've just noticed the EPG in the web interface is no longer showing any data. It's not something I check very often, so I'm not sure when this started happening. The initial now/next info just shows the headings and if I switch to the grid view it shows "No EPG data for this time range..." for...
Apologies, I missed that too. I ran the commands in the Windows 10 Telnet client, so hopefully things are fixed now, I'll confirm when there's another package update available.
I seem to be missing some output compared to what others have quoted, in particular the grep command didn't return...
I'm still having problems with package updates, although the behaviour has changed since installing 1.2.8-4.
I just updated from 1.2.8-4 to 1.2.8-5. This time I didn't get the internal server error message, and the update appeared to complete successfully. However, it was again not possible...
I'm still getting the internal server error problem post 1.2.8 - the latest when updating from 1.2.8-2 to 1.2.8-3. As described in #163, the web interface then doesn't work until I reboot the Humax, but then the update appears to have completed. I'm not sure, but I think it's been doing this...
Thanks for the suggestion, but it doesn't seem to work. Neither does enclosing the programme title in quotes.
I don't know. 5 USA is showing an older season and I was interested to see if newer seasons would pop up anywhere else. But I think you're right. I've now set up three entries for...
In the remote scheduler, Is there a way to set automatic schedules/reminders for exact matches of programme titles only?
At the moment, my reminders seem to use "like" matches. For instance, my reminder for "Castle" on any channel also results in me getting emails about "Dani's Castle" on CBBC...
Thanks for adding that option, it's something I've often thought would be useful. I've tried it in Firefox and it works great. However, it doesn't seem to work in Internet Explorer 11 - "Invert Selection" shows as a square grey button rather than the normal rounded orange style, and does nothing...
