    latest update does it matter which order i do the loader and apps hdr files

    Hi, As my 9200C is behaving erratic, I would like to load software into it, but have not been able to find it so far. Can you help me, either a link where I might download, or mailing me your copy, please? I'm at wits end, so any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks!
