Update.. I tried updating All Packages again - and this time it worked! I done a manual re-tune and BBC4 HD is now in the list at 106 I've no idea what the cause was or the remedy, but I think it's all Ok again now Will be back if it's not Thanks again for your help guys - especially BH who...

Thanks Black Hole If I press the TV Portal button I get a screen showing TV Portal TV Apps Featured Apps - iPlayer - BBC News - YouTube etc etc I can't find a way to get out of the Portal once in it. The Back button has no effect and if I press Menu, the system re-boots..

For the last couple of weeks I've been unable to get the EPG to load properly. When I load the EPG the schedule appears, but as you can see in the pic, the whirly-gig toward the top left of the screen just goes round and round forever and it says 'Loading EPG Information' it never completes and...

OK I had a look through a few and noticed London Live and BBC News HD had no pic, so have just retuned. London Live is OK - BBC NewsHD has disappeared as has BBC4 HD Is there a quick way to see what has vanished/not working ? I don't want to have to trawl though 120+ channels as I rarely watch...

Err - I said I'd provide an update after 21st, but not sure what info you're after. I had a message on the TV that I may need to retune. I didn't, but a couple of recordings went ok yesterday. Is there anything particular you'd like me to check?

Thanks Guys - I'll live with what I'v got atm. Complete house refurb later in the year, so I'll replace the aerial which is ancient when that happens. I'll bear your comments in mind when the time comes prpr - thanks At least I understand the reasoning behind it now. All the best!

Thanks BH. My TV is rarely on for more than an hour a day, so it's not really much of an issue, and I'll soon have a TB of stuff recorded which'll never get watched anyway :D
