Upgraded to 2020.11.01.1, thanks. However, of the four YouTube videos I tried, only one completed successfully. When I tried https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XcATvu5f9vE again, I got The other two failed downloads had the original ERROR: message. (They all look a bit grumpy to me. Spoils what...

[tunefix] Automatic channel organisation and maintenance

I first noticed it was missing from the TV on screen EPG. Then I checked the web if where it was also absent. Rebooted via web if several times, with no apparent change, although I didn't check the TV again as it is in a different room. Some time later I checked the TV to discover that channel...

[tunefix] Automatic channel organisation and maintenance

Yes, several times. However, since my last post I went off to have dinner, leaving the Hummy on. I have just returned to discover that Channel 11 Sky Arts is now there! Very strange. Thanks anyway to alanofcleeves and prpr for your responses.

Negative free space value reported in WebIf

My Humax has 213 GB free storage when I check on the TV. However, according to the web interface I have used 448.52 GiB out of a total space of 447.6 GiB, leaving -984522752 bytes (0%) free. Also, and this may be coincidental, detectads appears to be no longer working. All packages are up to...

    tunefix problems after retune

Yes I was renumbering the channels which were being deleted, but also BBC ONE HD which survived. The number ranges being deleted were 211, 260-299 and 787-799 which I don't think should have affected BBC TWO HD, ITV HD, Channel 4 HD or Channel 5 HD. Anyway, taking up your suggestion, I removed...

    tunefix problems after retune

I do have my preferred region set as North West, as I have always done. Looking at the Mux Info, there are ten channels. Eight are labelled North West, and two Com78 National. tunefix deletes all of Channels 31 and 37 which are the Com78 National ones. However, from Channel 54 (North West...

    tunefix problems after retune

Yesterday I retuned my box. All went well but after rebooting, I noticed that some 33 out of the 158 TV channels had disappeared. I found that removing tunefix was the only way to keep the full range of channels. I would like to be able to force some channels to a specific number, but if I...

    BBC iPlayer finished?

Just got my newly-acquired second customised Hummy up and running with an identical setup and iPlayer is working fine on that. (Well, apart from the occasional reboots which we are all accustomed to.) On the one with a problem, the BBC News and YouTube apps will play - it's just iPlayer which...
