Unable to set 2 simultaneous recordings from Webif or RS

Neither seem to allow me to set 2 simultaneous recordings, I get an error message saying "You have 1 Satellite Feed".
This was the case when I initially set it up, as one cable had come loose in the plug, however, i have since corrected that and done a factory reset, and I can set simultaneous recordings on the actual HDR, but both Webif and RS still refuse to allow it. The Antenna setting says Fixed Antenna - Two Cable(Same)

Is there a setting in either that I need to change, or do I need to delete Webif from the HDR and reinstall it?

Check the documentation of RS through WebIf. You need to set "No. of Satellite Feeds" to "2" on the box itself in the RS configuration. Then you should be able to schedule 2 simultaneous recordings trough RS Portal.
