Yes, the reception used to be ok, but I had building work done and had to take the tv out of the room. Upon re-tuning a couple of weeks ago (which I’ve tried a couple of times since too), I’ve been experiencing the issues.

Thank you so much for your response. I’m not sure if that was the case when I tried the first time but I have since managed to re-tune having made sure the box wasn’t recording or within 15 minutes of anything starting and it worked!
I’m trying to retune my box but for some reason, when I go into the menu, both the manual and automatic channel scan options are greyed out. Can anyone help please?
My HDR 2000T box has stopped working altogether. Everything is plugged in but there is no red or blue light on the front of the box. Any advice gratefully received!
Thanks for your reply...I'm connected via the scart lead, not HDMI. The device switches on fine from standby it not when it's recording for some reason.
