    Humax kept tweaking the HDMI negotiation with different firmware versions so you could try a different one. Have you recently changed version? That could explain why it's a recent phenomenon.

    No-ip (dynamic IP address service, similar to dyndns.org but free)

    I use the existing inadyn pkg 4 no-ip.com. Need 2 edit the config file by hand but works fine.
