The tune did find all of my channels, but I think I must have somehow been on the wrong screen. When you did your tune today was it the screen that had the postcode on it and a Search button?

On the System / Diagnostics screen, the Quality is 100%, on the freesat tune screen it says 70% When I tune to 999 I get a Freesat Welcome screen with the following menus:- 1. freesat news 2. BBC iPlayer 3. HD Information 4. Parental controls 5. Troubleshooting 6. Accessibility 7. Contact us...

The signal strength is 100%, quality is 70%., always had a great picture and service. I'm recording at the moment and it obviously won't let me into the 'freesat tune' menu, but from memory i did the following:- 1. Menu 2. Settings 3. Third icon down (think it's called setup but not sure) 4...

Surely this has to be a bug in the latest firmware?

I just tried it, not only has it made no difference, but i've now lost all of my channel favourite setups, and my scheduled recordings!! I followed your instructions and deliberately didn't 'save' after doing the freesat tune, but then it told me I had no channels tuned in.

This happens to me too. For the last few weeks, i've been noticing the 'Receiving programme information' message, and i've had to wait for that to disappear before I could record the programme. Now it never disappears.
