Ok, thanks for the clarification. My Humax Youview remote volume is programmable to trigger the TVs volume, and that works much better for me - especially when switching sources. If only I could find a way to replicate this functionality...

When you control volume from your remote are you controlling the TV, or just the volume from the 4000 (blue on-screen graphic)?
