    I agree, the question is how long does it normally take them to fix issues? I'm new to the world of Humax so not familiar with their problem solving!

    I too am having exactly the same problem. Since last week nothing in the EPG past Saturday so now nothing at all. EPG fine on box but not the app. Deleted app and reinstalled but still the same. Hope it gets fixed soon.
