HDR-FOX T2 to HDHomeRun, my journey

I've not changed the pc, but it all sounds right to me and you have the advantage of the two pc's running at the same time

HDR-FOX T2 to HDHomeRun, my journey

Upgraded Win 10 to Win 11 this morning. took about half an hour. Hate the interface, right mouse click wouldn't work (had to uninstall Clover a tabbed file manager), but DvrOnTime is running and has just recorded two programmes without incident. Adbreaker is working as well. So fingers...

Brilliant thank you MymsMan. Was your win 11 an upgrade from win 10?

Thanks for that, really useful and I didn't know about the rollback option. As you can probably tell, I'm not a big Windows user. I'll have a think about it and report back here either way. Thanks again

HDR-FOX T2 to HDHomeRun, my journey

Anyone else upgrading a win 10 pc to 11 while running DvrOnTime? Be really useful to hear any comments, good or bad. Or is anyone just going to leave win 10 running? Thank you

That would be useful. I have tried streaming Plex remotely, but our internet is far too slow

HDR-FOX T2 to HDHomeRun, my journey

I've not dismissed ChannelsDVR, but I'd much rather get DvrOnTime running. The win 10 pc does nothing but DvrOnTime and adbreaker, so it doesn't really need the upgrade to win 11, just worried about security, if I don't upgrade

Well that's disappointing to here, but thanks for letting me know. Had a look at Channels DVR, and it does look good, but expensive

That's great, thank you. And thanks again for DvrOnTime, still using after all these years.

Has anyone got DvrOnTime Running on Win 11? Anything we should know? Were there any problems?

    AdBreaker

It's really annoying when that happens. Good idea about SD

    AdBreaker

Having a few problems with AdBreaker and ITV. The last two Midsomer Murders programmes were only thirty odd minutes long. Got in touch with support and it is a problem with AdBreaker. Apparently the full ninety minutes is there and will play as long as you don't fast forward or rewind. Not...

I would recommend the software, yes I've had a couple of problems, but almost immediately they have been sorted out and it's free. It's like anything else, if it's working, you just forget it's there

I've been re-reading this tread as I've had to start again as my pc failed and I noticed that lc200 did release a fix for the problem with the Drama Channel and I can confirm that it works Thank you lc200
