My thoughts on this are that renumber is still useful. tunefix is great at renumbering channels where the channel name is unique. Not so great when it comes to handling multiple versions of ITV & ITV +1 with a multi-region setup. Forcing ITV to LCN 3 tends to lump each regional version of ITV...
