Message read - strength low quality poor - when I tried the Humax on TV in the kitchen so no progress made - have now contacted Humax support but no response as yet

Thanks for your suggestions - have managed to restore BBC1 and BBC2 but nothing else yet - at least that's a start. Sorry I put the question in the wrong section - just new to all of this. Will keep trying! help very much appreciated though

Since the awful weather last week we have been unable to use our Humax- message saying channels scrambled - so did a factory reset as advised by the support team previously (usually this works) this time it didn't. Weather calmer now but still we cannot access any channels at all - has anyone...
