I've done the factory reset and everything went ok, including the fact that I've got 2 cables connected. When the technicians were here they couldn't get the postcode to work, but it has worked ok for me. I'm wondering if whatever they did has caused the problem, in which case it may be ok...

Found the flap! Tried the buttons again, still nothing!

I've just managed to remove the film (didn't know it was there!) but can't find a flap. Pressed all the buttons again and still nothing has happened. Where is the flap? Does it go the full length of the box?

I've found the settings menu and the 'tv setup' is highlighted, but when I pressed the succession of coloured buttons nothing happened.
