Had all sorts of issues after the update for BBC SE region. No channel sort, no favourites, Renamed channels not auto re-allocated.
I had to do the following:
Full retune.
Manual restore.
Manual re-allocate renamed channels (in tunefix)

The issue appears fixed, yesterday with approx 80GB free undelete log shows Free disk space: 8.45538 GiB today it shows Free disk space: 85.76 GiB
I think the stated free space was correct at that time (2am)
Webif states:
Total space: 1.78 TiB
Used: 1.7 TiB (95%)
Free: 80.6 GiB (5%)
Dustbin...
That gives

No time to run fixdisk right now
Drive is working and is not in read-only mode. Its a Seagate ST2000VM003-1CT164

That points to the error, it has messages such as:
Free disk space: -6.68215 GiB
Free disk space: 10.2838 GiB
The last when the actual free space is 81GB, so something is calculating things wrong
Its a 2TB drive
I suggest you check the remote is working when pressing all the buttons, point the remote at any digital camera and you should see the ir led illuminate on any button press.
It is common for frequently used buttons to start to fail.
Low batteries can also cause erratic operation.
We have been experiencing the same issue, zero byte recordings flagged as OK seems to occur randomly.
