Hi all. My problem is that the time-shift partition of my HDR1000S is no longer functioning so I can no longer pause or rewind live TV. I understand this is not an uncommon problem and that - correct me if I'm wrong! - the fix is to do a factory reset which will re-format the entire drive... But...
