Same after the 7 November update. I did a Maintenance Mode Recovery (option 4) that worked for about two days, but now the fault has returned.

I've got the same problem, I think it started after the October 25 update.

My T1000 is also suffering from no HDMI output, I think since the update on 25 October. It sometimes appears, then goes again.

A quick update on this. I did a factory reset in maintenance mode as advised by Humax (see attached for instructions on getting into maintenance mode). Note that this kept my recordings, but wiped the Schedule! It may have fixed the problem for the recordings since that date. Fingers crossed ...

My problems with my T1000 continue. It goes into a state where I have to turn it off on the back to get control again. This has happened 3 or 4 times now. Once while deleting a recording, once while skipping back twice in pause mode. Latest firmware. Anyone else got this?

The problem is that I have many hours of recordings, so I would prefer to find out what is the cause of this problem. One thing I have noticed: the fault has never shown up early in a recording, but this could be a coincidence.

Latest firmware, signal details as above, only one transmitter in range, RF out off, box has done it since new.

There was a huge disturbance in a recording I watched last night; it went on for about 20 seconds, going between freeze frame, back to normal for a fraction of a second, and break up. Original channel was BBC 1 HD, "The Lady Vanishes". Most of my recordings are on BBC, but I think the problem...

Which is the better forum to get the attention of Humax staff?

Signal strength varies between 86% and 89% on all the channels I checked. Quality solid 100%.

This is still a problem since the latest software update a few days ago, in fact it is worse as it now kicks in on a single button press.

What level and quality values should I expect? Both are over 80.

I keep getting an annoying picture break up and muted sound in my recordings. They last for a couple of seconds, and are repeatable on playback. Not very frequent, about one per hour or so. Any thoughts?
