Good evening. I have 2 HDR-Fox-T2's which I intend to sell (keeping the 'main' one - forever!) and have removed the custom firmware prior to advertising. However, on bootup they still display CW version x.xx on the LCD panel - any ideas how to remove? It already has the lastest 'true' firmware...

Ok, so there is still an issue with this then I guess? Usually, there are things to record (scheduled) just not recently. I'll probably leave in place and set up a 'dummy' as it is useful to have (under normal circumstances!). Right, Friday night and my turn to go to the pub for once :-), time...

Cheers, I did go to channel 1 and test there but it was still the same. Perhaps, as suggested above, it may be a HDD error, but after acknowledging the latest packages (and the reboot!!) all seems Ok again. Appreciate you coming back to me. ... back to the film now :-)
