Since the alert ref the september 3rd about EPG and channel changes I have auto-retuned twice. On both occasions the subtitles have been turned on for every channel. I know how to turn them off but why has this just started to happen, think perhaps because after the first re-tune the details...

Having similar problems with my PVR9300T bought in Dec 2013 as reconditioned model with a 1 years guarantee. Picture breaking up, checked all connections, appeared OK. By passed your box and connected direct to TV, no problems. Back to Humax carried out auto instal. Only picked up BBC channels...

On my PVR-9300 how do I reserve on my EPG a future program to watch. I know how to set to record but I thought there was a similar procedure to set it to watch as I do on my FreeSat PVR digibox and my basic Freeview TV.

This has just happened to me this morning and its stuck on CBS Action Channel, picture and sound fine but as in previous reports nothing else works and I have 250 hours of recording to view!! Never opened a box in my life and don't really fancy starting now in case I lose one remaining channel...
