Black as no picture, not like when the there is no HDMI signal. Turning the TV off on back on is the first thing we try but that does not help. It's something that happens every few weeks.

Every so often when we turn on tv and 1100s Freesat recorder, the screen on the tv is black. The solution so far has been to pull the power cable from the back of the 1100S and plug it back in again. Is this a known problem? Is there any solution?
