Nope - haven't found anything interesting like that on the DTR-2100.

There's a percentage disk used figure, but nothing else that I've found. Nothing about actual space. Using Mike0001's numbers above (9hrs using 3%), his 1TB upgraded box seems to think it has space for 300 hours. And the standard 500GB HDD is good for 125 hours according to the brochure. So...

Is this still going alright? I'm tempted to do the same. Guess the only way to know it really worked is record over 500GB, or pull the disk out and look at the partition sizes in GParted.
