Unfortunately I get a 500 error when I run this diagnostic.
The web interface then stops responding until I reboot.
I can see this line is indeed missing from the file. This is probably the issue with empty_dustbin, but the diagnostic failing is slightly more concerning!
I'm hoping someone can help. I have had undelete installed for ages, but I recently noticed it wasn't working properly. Items were being immediately deleted rather than being moved to the Deleted folder.
To try and resolve this I uninstalled and re-installed the undelete package.
Now I have...
I have seen the same issue in the past.
In my case it appeared that the EPG data had been loaded out of sequence after an episode had been recorded.
So the next match found was next Monday instead of Thursday (i.e. Thursday and Fridays EPG data was empty).
When the missing EPG data is...
The last post in my thumbnails thread http://hummy.tv/forum/posts/43892/
has a script for doing just that.
If I ever had a any spare time I was going to try and wrap it up as a package.
All the settings are at the top
targetTime = seconds from the start to capture a frsame
slowForSD = 0 (off)...
So I've deleted all recordings from the last 7 days (and cleaned up the Deleted folder too).
Following another factory reset, the Hummy has now been fine for the last 60 minutes.
Will see how it goes for the rest of the evening, but at the moment its looking like a corrupt recording could be...
The long disk test reported completed with no errors.
I then tried to clear epg and dlna data (in case they were corrupt). Again the Hummy locked up.
Next I tried a factory reset but again the lock up re-occurred.
The only thing I can think of to try next is deleting recent recordings in case...
I read it as you only being able to change whether chase play was enabled when you are not on a live TV channel.
The fix-disk run had very little to say. The highlights being
Running short disk self test
No pending sectors found - skipping sector repair
Checking partition /dev/sda3
Checking...
The Hummy stayed on overnight with the HDD connected. I also ran it successfully for 4 hours today with the HHD powered but the data cable disconnected.
Finally I've just tried it with the aerial disconnected and the HDD connected and it again locked up within 30 minutes.
I'm not sure what the...
Worst fan temp is 57 degrees. It looks like the fan is working OK.
I tried disconnecting the network, but it still locked up.
I then tried disconnecting the HDD and the Humax did not lock up for two hours (I will try for longer tomorrow).
It looks like a replacement disk might be the solution.
My HDR has been working pretty well for quite some time. However in the last few days it has locked up repeatedly. The most common scenario is it comes out of standby to start a recording, then towards the end of the recording it locks up. Four of my last five recordings have been affected...
I've turned up the logging level to debug and can now see the following in the auto.log
12/10/2014 17:30 - + Flatten considering New_ Dragons - Defenders of Berk
12/10/2014 17:30 - Flatten processing /media/My Video/New_ Dragons - Defenders of Berk

So I've been running flatten for a long time. This week it seems to have stopped working with punctuation.
I did do some package upgrades recently but I can't remember if flatten was one of them or not.
Last weeks "Tom Kerridge's Best Dishes" was flattened as normal but this weeks has not been...
Do you have flatten or sweeper running?
I have had this message in the past where one of these packages has left me with a duplicate recording information file (not the main recording file).
I would check there isn't a .thm, .nts or .hmt file for Undeniable lying around in another folder
I also had a problem with BBC4 HD the other evening (C33 - Crystal Palace).
When the box was turned on the channel was fine and signal showed 40% strength 100% quality.
After a minute or two the channel stopped working, showing "scrambled or not available" and 40% strength, 0% quality.
I can't...
I have been getting these messages for months.
I assumed that it was because of an old .ts file from my 9200T that auto-decrypt was unable to process.
EDIT. Just checked the log and I am currently getting 92 messages every 10 minutes. That's one for each media file I have (some of which are mp4).
No-one else seems to have mentioned the obvious questions.
Did you have anything scheduled to record straight after these BBC shows (probably on another channel)?
Do you have the catch-up buffer enabled (there is a CF package to disable it)?
EDIT Not a package, its the disable_tsr diagnostic...
I also had a similar problem with deleting files (and with generating bookmarks using arbookmarks).
I also discovered that emptying the deleted items folder could cause break up as well.
In the end I manually forced the emptying to occur at 6am each day.
I also have my Humax set to padding by default. When I tried to set a single program to use AR (there were two consecutive episodes broadcast together) 5 out of the 6 recordings resulted in a "Failed to track" error. I've never tried AR again since.
