Beta had been running since december, but it is a closed beta (i.e. restricted access by Humax). I suspect that when they are finally ready then the update will be released for ftp download sometime before the OTA update will occur.
Does your Tv pick up the 64QAM channels if the aerial is plugged directly into it instead of loopling through the HDR. It could be the Humax is boosting the signal slightly ?
On the same note, Have you tried using a booster/amplifier on you aerial to improve the signal into the HDR ? I am...
Maybe I missed the question here - & I had plenty of vino with my sunday lunch ;) - but I thought that you can record the buffer by just rewinding to the start of the buffer, or wherever you want, and hitting record .
Thats a shame - i've been running FF4 beta since beta 7 and never had any issues with it - its been rock solid and IMO a worthwhile upgrade from FF3
For me there were a couple of addons that were not compatible but - to be honest - i haven't missed them a bit.
This months which magazine reviews PVRs and the HDR-FOX T2 comes out top (not surprisingly of course ;)), they state that the Humax is the highest scoring PVR ever.
The test is not exhaustive, many HD PVRs are not included but good all the same.
er make that Firefox 4 beta 8... just upgraded to 9 when I installed the UK dictionary...
if you're a FF user I would really recommend trying FF4 beta - its a good bit faster than FF3
ditto on adblock.
I am using Firefox 8 beta - this appears to have the spellchecker built it. Although it does use the Americanized spellings ... I must install the english dictionary.
Do you not have google in your house? ;)....
