  Why is it on my FVP- 4000T STB that it says on som network channels that my tv may be compatible bit is not guaranteed to work. And why is it the Planet knowledge channel has an ios app that works when you subscribe but you can't subscribe on tv

  Ok, I've found the answer now thanks. There's an arrow pointing up for uppercase and you toggle it the opposite way for lowercase.

  I am trying to put my password for Netflix in my FVP - 4000 but it won't accept it. I think it may have something to do with the fact there are two capital letters in it. But how do you change to capital letters?

  ok, thanks, that's what I did. But I would've thought, to be honest, if you make several recordings of the same name programmes they would do a proper looking folder to open.

  I notice I was able to access it on my FVP-4000T via the internet but now it says Planet Knowledge Requires that your TV is connected to the internet. Does anyone know why this is? Because I am hard wired but the FVP-4000T I thought was wireless anyway?

  I have watched a recorded program but it seems to me that before it can be deleted it has to go to the remaing part of the video, so I was curious if it could be deleted straigh after the programme that's watched finishes
