Hi
The mobile RS site has stopped displaying channel icons. I've tried on both Chrome and the native HTC browser, but neither work. I've tried clearing the cache, but still no joy.
I'm confused now then . The entries follow a "System Booted" message, so the box is on, and I always thought that you could manage your scheduled recording via RS whether the box was on or not.
I'm seeing these messages in the rs log more and more recently. I think they're for events that I've cancelled via the mobile version of the remote scheduler (if that's relevant). I just have to remove them from my schedule on the box via the blue button on the remote control.

Hi kewal, did you get all this sorted? I've ended up in the same state as you, i.e having to navigate through a couple of folders on the HUMAX to get to the videos folder on my buffalo. Would be great to go straight to the videos folder.
Ex Toppy/MyStuff user here too.
I thought I would miss the Toppy with MyStuff, but the HDR Fox T2 with the Customized Firmware, and especially the Remote Scheduling package gives me everything I need. It maybe needs a bit more hands-on than MyStuff, but not much, and worth it for the HD...
How did it go? I've just setup network shares automount. Seemed to be fine, until I had a screen freeze (with audio continuing). I too have twonky running on my network, but a very old version (4.4 something). I've disabled it for now to see if the freeze happens again.
You were right, I was worrying unnecessarily! I just used the existing "share" and bingo, it works! I do need to have a USB stick plugged in though.
Thanks!
OK, I'll try the SMB (is this the same as Samba/CIF)?
The Buffalo already has a share (called share), but that shares the whole disk. I'd like to set up another share that just shares the videos directory, but can't see a way of doing this via the management GUI. I can create a new shared folder...
Hi
I installed this package with a view to making films on my Linkstation visible, but didn't really get very far!
The package installed OK and I got the folder [ModSettings] directory and sub directories created.
But I didn't know how to get nfs installed on the Linkstation. It appears to...
