I deleted "Match Of The Day" auto schedule entry and recreated it last night. Got an auto schedule email for Match of the Day this morning. Maybe that's what I need to do for all entries for which RS has previously scheduled (on my old box). I'm happy to do this if that's what's required.
Not sure if its related, but getting the following repeated in the rs.log
Runtime Error: /mod/webif/lib/system.class:73: Collected errors:
* opkg_conf_load: Could not lock /tmp/opkg.lock: Resource temporarily unavailable.
in procedure 'require' called at file "/mod/sbin/rs_process", line 5

Old device deleted.
I haven't received any Auto Scheduler emails for any existing searches though. (e.g. Match of the Day). I have tried "Reset Matched Events" too.
I was hoping I would get all these existing searches automatically re-scheduled on my new box.
Hi
Just had my HUMAX replaced due to a noisy disk. I've re-installed Custom Firmware and the Remote Scheduling package. I've re-registered with RS with the same email address. Is there anything I need to do within RS? e.g. "Reset Matched Events" for all my automatic scheduling entries...
The output from FreemakeVideo (before it crashed) worked. Streamed from my Linkstation to the TV. Shame the conversion crashed before it got to the end!!
Currently testing AviDemux with a basic open file, select MPEG2, wide screen and save (very slow though)
Also testing the WebIf Shrink option...
I've tried (I have autodecrypt and unprotect set):
download via the WebIf
convert to mpg via the WebIf
FTP
renaming the .TS from both the above methods to .MPG
With all the above, I can see the file being served by Twonky on the TV, but none of them play. Just get blank screen.
Freemake...

Thanks for the response.
I don't really need to edit. All I'm really looking for is a tool to convert my unprotected and decrypted HD (and SD) humax recordings to a format that my Linkstation, running Twonky, will serve to my Sony DLNA client TV.

Is freemake video converter still working for you?
I've just tried on a deccrypted HD .TS file and it crashed, converting to either MPEG or MP4. Version 3.2.1 On Windows 7. gets to about 6% each time.
Update. Preset "TV Quality" looks more promising. Currenty at 69%.
Update...
I'd be interested in how you get on here. I've been trying to get decrypted recordings to be streamed from a buffalo linkstation via Twonky to my Sony smart TV. No joy so far. Not sure if its the Linkstation or Twonky or the TV that's the problem.
Hi ballans
Yes, that's helpful. Reassures me that I'll be able to watch my recordings on a new box (should that be the outcome). Problem is being without the box for so long. Its completely changed our viewing habits. We now tend to record a whole series before watching, so I need to wait...
That's what I feared. Box is still under warranty. If I take it back and get it replaced, presumably I'll need to decrypt all my recordings to get them to play on a new box?
