suggests 21:34 for 6 minutes.
But my sky looks worse.
Edit... that may be for the existing train.
The new launch visibility may be nearer 20:45.
Not sure what the visibility of the launch vehicle is. The visibility of the satellites depends on the deployment schedule; is it hours after launch or days?
Bear in mind that the satellites that we are currently talking about were launched on 18th March.
This gives a good insight into the distribution of the Starlink 5 Train.

The viewing circles and the brightening of the dots on the globe view give an insight into the interaction of sunset and orbit to see when they are or are not illuminated...
@BH
Can't explain. Don't think I can even explain it as a GMT/BST difference. What was your source? (edit: OK, found it now; Tapatalk doesn't show the source)
There is obviously a question about how you correlate 60 satellites over a 2 hour period with just a single report of 6 minutes.
They are spreading out a bit and a little dimmer tonight; between 21:00 and 23:00 (might be a little too light at the start of that). Some are still only 30 seconds apart (so not as close as some of the images on the news of a day or so back.
I use this page...
Except that you might be getting that notification for several days before the initial recording takes place?
What about the situation where it is the second instance that you want to record because the first causes the conflict?
Ok, there may not be a suitable automated solution, but, given...
I am with mihaid on this. I have reported on several occasions that I get recording pixelation if there is too much other disk activity, whether copying, detect-ads etc. This has not been associated with file system problems and still persists to this day as far as I know; I try to ensure that...
Good to know, I didn't know that was there :o_O:.
In all the threads I have followed, I don't recollect it being mentioned, or didn't otherwise make a connection!
OK, now where did I put that spare brain cell to store that in.
That explains it. I couldn't identify which mux it was on.
I am on Mendip and ukfree.tv doesn't list it on any of the multiplexes.
Freeview.co.uk doesn't list a local multiplex at all, so it wasn't on my manual tuning list anyway.
ukfree.tv list an LBS, but no Sony listed on it; but I am not in...
Try this... Pulp Fiction is on Sony Movies twice in the next 7 days, each time it is transmitted in 2 parts, all 4 parts have the same CRID.
If I schedule the first instance to record (from the WebIf), the WebIf schedule and the EPG only show the first part as recording.
Just in case... I...
My WebIf and RS have no channel icons for the Sony Movie channels; WebIf has nothing, RS has the default red wavy line on white.
32 Sony Movie; surprises me, the channel has been around for a while.
40 Sony Movies Action; is more recent, so maybe not a surprise.
50 Sony Movies Classic; but does...
Sounds like the same thing...? I set Sony Movies, Kill Bill 1 & 2 to record; they have recorded twice already and showed a couple more to record (until I cancelled them). I have seen the problem on several recordings on that channel recently, so it may be a good place to look for repeatable...
