I've had this kind of problem with channel 4 in the past. Most recently on "Humans". I think it's a common problem on that channel. I don't record much off channel 4 so the fact that I have had several occurrences, on a the few times that I have recorded, probably says it all!

Just had feedback from them. It was pulled because of a bug. Presumably in the new release, subsequently fixed by new "new release".

I believe it could. But I have just tried to look up details on iTunes and it doesn't appear to be there now!! I'm pretty certain that I installed an update recently though. Go figure ...

Take a look at FileExplorer app. This will link to NAS etc and allow access to content and allow you to transfer photos etc from iPad.

Same problem here.
I have two episodes of Lewis in the Lewis folder. Each is 1GB.
I have watched one episode.
[Flatview] lists the unwatched episode.
The Lewis Folder shows a size of 1GB instead I'd 2GB!!!!
EDIT: It does seem a bit random though. In another case I have a folder with five...
It is a known problem that if you run a server with twonky version 7 on the same network as the hummy, the latter will keep rebooting. Search this forum for twonky.
There is a work around in the custom firmware (DLNA-filter package).
The other solution, if you don't run CF is to turn of...
Have you tested what happens when you connect via the SCART socket. Assuming you have a TV that can takes SCART.
This could help to determine/confirm whether the picture is being "generated" or not.
You could also us a TP-Link nano router (TL-WR702N or similar).
This would connect to the hummy Ethernet port, it would be transparent to the hummy.
There are references to this approach elsewhere on this forum.
This setup would appear just like an Ethernet link to the hummy.
Other solutions...
Are both of your T2s connected to your network.
If so then you will probably find it easier to use network sharing (DLNA) to share recordings between T2s without the need to use "sneaker net" as you currently appear to be doing.
Could you give us a little more information about the rogue files:
Are the SD or HD?
What are they flagged as in WEBif (I.e. What icons are showing next to them)?
If they are SD files they do not need decrypting to play via DLNA.
You seem to be saying that you expected them to be decrypted...
BH.
Unfortunately, it was virtually impossible to write complex commercial programs without encountering numerous dumps.
My experience was mainly on large IBM mainframes and I doubt anybody managed to work on such without encountering at least one "OC4" failure.
The dreaded "protection...
Creating a new HMT file generated a new one with today's date in time stamp.
I decided to rectify this by editing the start and end time stamps (offset 0x0280 & 0x284).
I was successful but during the process discovered that the Hex values are stored in reverse order.
Example:

It is not uncommon for BBC HD to show a none regional version of a program whilst SD shows local.
I think it's the same problem as not showing local news on HD.
I've seen it sometimes with one of the consumer programs they sometimes have on at 19:30 in the week (can't remember which one since I...
Fixencflags did not make any difference whether run from Maintenance menu or telnet.
I regenerated HMT file now it has both DEC flag and shrink icon next to it, so I seem to be going in the wrong direction!
Not to worry, I'll try and edit HMT file, when I find appropriate flags.
But I have...
