[FlatView] Provide flattened view of recordings
Same problem here. I have two episodes of Lewis in the Lewis folder. Each is 1GB. I have watched one episode. [Flatview] lists the unwatched episode. The Lewis Folder shows a size of 1GB instead I'd 2GB!!!! EDIT: It does seem a bit random though. In another case I have a folder with five...- HarveyB

HDR-FOX T2 shuts off for no reason
It is a known problem that if you run a server with twonky version 7 on the same network as the hummy, the latter will keep rebooting. Search this forum for twonky. There is a work around in the custom firmware (DLNA-filter package). The other solution, if you don't run CF is to turn of...- HarveyB

Sound but no picture - to the skip or not.......?
Have you tested what happens when you connect via the SCART socket. Assuming you have a TV that can takes SCART. This could help to determine/confirm whether the picture is being "generated" or not.- HarveyB

Fox T2 wifi solution?
You could also us a TP-Link nano router (TL-WR702N or similar). This would connect to the hummy Ethernet port, it would be transparent to the hummy. There are references to this approach elsewhere on this forum. This setup would appear just like an Ethernet link to the hummy. Other solutions...- HarveyB

Help - both of the USB slots have died!
Are both of your T2s connected to your network. If so then you will probably find it easier to use network sharing (DLNA) to share recordings between T2s without the need to use "sneaker net" as you currently appear to be doing.- HarveyB

Encryption sometimes not removed
Could you give us a little more information about the rogue files: Are the SD or HD? What are they flagged as in WEBif (I.e. What icons are showing next to them)? If they are SD files they do not need decrypting to play via DLNA. You seem to be saying that you expected them to be decrypted...- HarveyB

Creating a new HMT file generated a new one with today's date in time stamp. I decided to rectify this by editing the start and end time stamps (offset 0x0280 & 0x284). Fixencflags did not make any difference whether run from Maintenance menu or telnet. I regenerated HMT file now it has both DEC flag and shrink icon next to it, so I seem to be going in the wrong direction! Not to worry, I'll try and edit HMT file, when I find appropriate flags.
