I went through 18 files today and they were all the same. The title was in the synopsis but the file had been renamed incorrectly.
Weirdly they were all named 1 episode out, so episode 18 had episode 19's title.
I have had a duplicate recording, I didn't see it on the schedule.
Strange that one of the recordings is only 5 minutes long as all of our recordings are just padded -5 and +5
This is the text version, I just borrowed this sweeper rule from the forum, this thread I believe.
# Remove _ from filename
global filename *_* action {renamefile {%orig%regsub,_ \s*, - ,}
I'm trying to to replace underscores with - in the following filename:
With this rule:
But I keep getting an error that the filename already exists.
What am I doing wrong?
Could a similar renaming system be used for radio broadcasts?
This is the site I currently use for identifying episodes: http://radiolistings.co.uk/
Which seems to get it's info from bbc.co.uk
Not being a programmer though I have no idea how.
Awesome, worked like a charm. Thank you.
Can I ask will the new format also do series with single digits as double, eg s1 to s01?
I ask as Diners Drive-ins & dives has 23 series and so far I've only recorded series with double digits.
I think it's working very well so if the odd item sneaks through it's not a problem.
Having the option to select the correct episode from the TVDB would be nice though.
Any thoughts on why the episode number changed from my 1st to 2nd screen grab?
Just found a weird failure on one of the Diners, Drive-ins and Dives episodes.
Don't know where it found the info to rename it to s12e11 - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Just tried it with some Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and it worked superbly.
Many thanks af123.
Can someone tell me how with sweeper I can get the episodes to come up with 2 digits for the episode and the series number.
