  Happy to report that the pending event which made it to expired events has now come live. Hurrah for the system which works. We shall see what happens when it comes to recording time.

  It seems that the previous owner's tunefix/update has taken over my newly tuned hdr and promptly deleted the lot. Including about 3 scheduled programs. How do I prevent this from happening again?

  That's why when I play stuff like that, I look away from the progress bar. Thankfully pausing/playing does not bring it up.
