      Radon, You say "the Telnet package is included along with the Custom firmware .hdf in the rar archive". It's now a zipfile not an rar, and contains only the hdf firmware. There is a Telnet package on this website, but it's an opk file which Windows doesn't understand. In your 2013 instructions...
