Hello
I'm using sweeper and TVDB to rename and remove doubles.
This has worked for a long time without issue, thank you!
But now the renaming files with 'special characters' like ' does not work correctly.
So a program called Quagmire's Mom is named as Quagmire's Mom on the webif but in the TV...
newname=%format:%.45s:%%newname:
Thank you, this worked for me. I added it as the 2nd rule. I also had to remove the dedup flag condition from rule 1 and rule 6, this is so it processed files it thought it had already dealt with.
I guess the character limiter could be added to the dedup...
Thank you everyone. So the two examples I just looked up, it seems like the proposed program name is too long.
example 1: s04e18 - So It's Come to This_ A Simpsons Clip Show.ts is still 'The Simpsons'
example 2: s08e09 - El Viaje Misterioso de Nuestro...
OK, thanks. I'm kind of understanding a bit more.
So my issue is that the rule set renames most files in the TV browser (program name) but misses the odd one, leaving it as it was orginally. Even if I run the rule set my self the ones it has missed remain missed. It does as I say change them...
Hi I am using WebIF -Sweeper - Depud rule set to rename and dedup folders.
Sometimes, and only sometimes, it renames the files for the WebIF but it still appears in the TV browser with original title.
How do I force it to do it again and rename the file for both?
Thank you for any advise.
The problem of the disk not initiating was there before the 'vgibdisk' package. So if thats the package you mean I presume it will not work. Thanks though
So to summarise so far
The drive now report as 4tb or less thanks to the 'vbigdrive' (beta) package.
It doesn't always initiate; seemably because it doesn't initiate quickly enough for the humax. It simply does not appear despite spinning and starting up the same as when it does.
I've tried...
So I've been using this package on a 10tb drive as per this posting https://hummy.tv/forum/threads/very-large-internal-hard-disk-over-4tb.8561/
I've found it now reports as 4tb or less, as intended.
I still have problems with the drive not always initiating. Another tester with a very large...
Scrap post below, I managed to reset by attaching to linux machine and deleting /mod folder that way.
I'm having issues with the package opkg-beta now.
I was resetting CFW as above, installing latest CFW, stock FW and using "System Flush Update File" .
I installed Webif then install...
Even with the disk not connected it does not boot.
Even after using "System Flush Update File " it doesn't boot.
I've managed to remove 'vbigdisk' package though, I think.
Thanks
If I install CFW (k), stock Kernal it crashes even with no HDD attached. It just boots to Humax splash screen then restarts.
"HDR_FOX_T2_1.02.32_mod_3.13k "
I'll have to install the normal CFW to get it to boot. "HDR_FOX_T2_1.02.32_mod_3.13.zip"
Guess I need to remove the 'vbigdrive' package...
And removing 'vbigdisk' made no difference. No I couldn't remove it, thought I had but its still there aftre reinstall of CFW.
Not sure what else to try.
