  Out of curiosity I thought I'd try a short download which after selecting View Queue although this time selecting View Qtube.log does show It appears that when the box turned itself off, it just forgot everything.

  Sorry, where is that in the settings? This one? If so, we're well with the 7 days. Previously I was able to resubmit etc., I'm not going to say it is 'to blame' but it is since I changed the storage to 256 things have started behaving differently - before that, the download continued even past...

  First thanks for the Auto Power down reminder - I'll give it another go later with that turned off. I don't think that's quite right. You'll notice in post 22 above that the last time in the log is 17:18 when it had downloaded 80.2%. That's obviously not a complete download and it wouldn't have...

  Well that's annoying! After 3 hours or so it looks like the box turned itself off (no doubt due to lack of activity on my part) and this time it thinks it's completed... and the only 'relevant' file I can see is the one at 2.19GB which I downloaded through iplayer. So, I take it I need...

  Thanks, I should have worked out right click myself! Apologies - you know how it is when you're going somewhere you don't understand, I'm frighhtened by everything! Anyway... hopefully this has worked. I see it says it is setting up swap space around 256MB which sounds hopeful.

  Thanks for that! I did actually look at the swapper link, but it quickly became apparent that the knowledge assumed was beyond my current level which as I hopefully implied in my initial post 'not too technical please', isn't great. I'm guessing the humax# references are some form of console...

  For info, having rebooted the web interface shows it is 'playing' the program with the green play icon. I suspect that is nothing more than an indication it is trying to fix the bitstream.

  I agree that the initial message is normal, however normally it sorts itself out. This time the box effectively freezes - which I'd suggest isn't normal? Also the fact that I've now downloaded this program twice and the same thing has happened twice suggests it is more than just one of those...

  Thanks. That makes sense. If with a given Aura / TV combo you find the Aura works best (or at least is your preference) for upscaling you set its output to 2160p and by contrast if you find your TV upscales better then set the output to 1080p, although from post #482 there may still be some...
