Not totally - I understood prpr's R4 reference but, in DiP, Humph(rey Goodman - aka Kris Marshall) was replaced by Jack (Mooney - Ardal O'Hanlon) Call it an 'alternative truth' - as opposed to fake news! :D- tonybonner

Or maybe it's not closed after all .... and stop calling me Shirley ! :roflmao: I thought these shuffles were usually to promote a broadcaster's 'prime' channel into a better LCN and I would have imagined that Dave (already on 12) was the 'prime' out of those 3 - so seems even more pointless...- tonybonner

Last night , while watching Dave, I got an onscreen message warning me that it was moving to Channel 19 (on Monday I think) and I may need to re-tune. This obviously affects Yesterday (currently on 19) and who knows what else. I'm sure tunefix-update will sort it all out for me - and, yes, I...- tonybonner

There seems to be a lot of timing 'weirdness' at the moment on BBC. Last night while watching Question Time I brought up the i-panel and it told me that the program was going to run from 2230 - 0030 - which it didn't. Also looking at TVGuide just now for last night it claims that This Week was...- tonybonner

Not sure what's happening there. I have 1.0.65 applied and it has not undone the 1.0.64 changes - which I got via a manual retune from the Blackhill transmitter. One for prpr, I think. Are you also on Blackhill?- tonybonner

Presumably, you will be getting 'nag' messages to retune on screen every time you switch to BBC1 or BBC2 - if you can live with that go for it. I did the manual retune which stuck BBC Scotland into LCN 9 and bumped BBC4 SD down to LCN 82. I then used tunefix to transpose BBC4 SD and That's TV...- tonybonner

I take it back - you are correct. I was going bythe time of your post #226. However, digging into the activity.log I can see that the update wasn't actually applied until 10:34 am. SWMBO would have had the box fired up before then for daytime telly. :(- tonybonner

My aerial is not the greatest and HD channels are the first to suffer in adverse weather. Humax is put into standby every night and woken next day. Last night/today was no different from normal. Have now retuned successfully and re-located BBC4. I saved the channel.db immediately before and...- tonybonner

... and BBC1 Scotland and BBC2 Scotland but now we have to have BBC Scotland. The new channel is reportedly going to be 50% repeats, local news and 'world news from a Scottish perspective'! I can hardly contain my excitement - just like the Rev I.M Jolly. :(- tonybonner

Up here ( in the frozen north) there were some additional changes made last Sunday. BBC2 Scotland ceased and became just the national feed. BBC4 slipped down the LCN order from 9 to 82 to make way for a new BBC Scotland channel - God only knows why! Anyway, I have so far resisted the on-screen...- tonybonner

Myhumax.net would like to close my account
I got an email to the same effect a couple of days back which went straight to my spam folder and has since been deleted entirely. I just assumed that I must have registered on their website at some point. Can't remember the last time I attempted to access the portal - not been necessary since...- tonybonner
