     Hi All, Forgive me but couldn't find the answer searching... is there a way to exclude usb hdd's plugged into the humax front panel from copy / moving the recordings to the [Deleted Items] folder when you delete the items through the webif environment? Thanks Rodp

     Removing Qtube package does seem to delete the whole directory structure of youtube-dl so that's fine.

      I checked the package manage page on webif and it says I'm on 2021.12.17b. I've had trouble in the past updating youtube-dl and so i normally have to uninstall it and qtube and then reinstall from scratch. I then reboot. I did a Telnet session just now and did youtube-dl --version and it came...

      Do you have any suggestions? Seems to be loads on amazon but they don't seem to say much about HDCP. Is there anyone who has one and is tried and tested? What's the make and model if so? Thanks Rodp

      New TV Provokes Green Screen Issue

      Very similar experience for me. If you catch the humax at the wrong moment it can green screen the TV (ie the order in which you turn them on). But changing the TV source to another port say form HDMI1 to HDMI2 and then back to HDMI1 resolves it for me. I have a bigger issue in that sometimes...

      I investigated this too a little while back and the best solution (and slightly more versatile to a logitech Elite remote) was to use something like a broadlink RM4Pro which learns whatever IR codes you want which can then be controlled (via VPN if away from home).       I don't recall installing it manually, I think it came along with chaseget?? thanks for the thread link's re chasedecrypt @Black Hole , I'll have a read. I've found some info in the wiki too since posting (ie it's via file sharing).

      That did the trick. Thanks. Never happened before but will remember this fix. Can you get back to old / previous webif error log files? Might having a malformed db file have stopped the recordings last night too? Thanks Rodp
