  Yes, but where did you put it?? Link???? I'm sure I've seen this (or similar) before on here, but I can't find it now. EDIT: found it now with search. A real pain to find - why isn't it sticky? Any one new here will completely fail to know it's there...

  Thankyou for a fascinating thread. It gave me a brilliant example to use the other day when one of my students asked "But why would you bother with scripts? What would you use them for?" OK it was a Windows 7 course, but the example worked and a few are now starting to look at Powershell ;-)

3. No auto switch TV input?
  
  It might have a loud fan, but you could land a helicopter in my front room and it would be drowned out by a 7 year old - ie I never hear the fan as the TV is so loud ;) My 9300 on the other hand - that was loud!!!!!!

4. No auto switch TV input?
  
  My TV has a brilliant picture, but a horrible menu system, a nasty EPG, and you can't sort or delete channels. I always watch the Hummy. And my family really misses the auto switch - we just used to turn it on and it worked. Fortunately, like most modern kids, my 7 year old is clever enough...

  I was just going to ask which codecs it needs :) Instead I'll ask these questions; Is the WMP codec in the BASIC/STANDARD/FULL package ? The whole point of using WMP is so I can stream to all PCSs without having to install too much. My main PC will get the FULL package anyway ;) I still...

  I've got mine working through XBMC for video. Now I just need anything else to see it, and I want to access the radio as well - preferably via my mobile. Doe the Hummy have a url I can link to for the stream?? All my apps are asking for a url type link, but I only know the ip address.

  Hmm - in my media streaming option, under all network, I have an unknown device that has a MAC that makes me think it is the Hummy. So it is there, I just can't see it anywhere useful....

  Hi guys Just updated my Hummy, but struggling with streaming. Like some other I can't get anything from the PC. I can stream from the PC to the Hummy fine, but from Win7 I can't even see the device. Yes I turned sharing on (though I will double check next time the Mrs lets go the remote)...
