Let's be clear - the auto tune is (or appears to be) wiping all the channels with or without the antenna plugged in.
As soon as I tune in one of the channels it brings in all those shown above which I don't want. I am just tuning in channel 51, but getting the others for some reason too.
Yes...
I think I'm on latest firmware and latest custom firmware (how do I check).
The reason I was checking with the webif was that I could easily check after tuning just one station rather do them all and then find loads of channels in the 800s.
Auto tune with the aerial out gives the same problem
Thanks for the reply. I just tried it again and cancelled immediately. Same thing. Remember I also checked there were no channels (via webif) after the auto tune.
Is there any way I can delete all stations for these channels?
I did a manual re-tune this morning and was surprised to find lots of stations still in the 800's.
So I did it again and I'm getting stations from channels I haven't selected.
To test it I did an auto tune and cancelled it - no channels. Rebooted and checked in the webif to confirm.
Then I...
I am still getting the problem where the unencrypt is failing every week or so due to :
The DLNA server seems to have crashed
Please restart the box
Meaning I have to turn off DNLA , reboot and then re-enable. Any ideas why this is happening (or any logs I can look at)?
Seems I spoke too soon. Started noticing that programs weren't being unencrypted so checked the log file and it's the same error. Tried it from the command line and it failed :
humaxhdr# /mod/sbin/unencrypt "/mnt/hd2/My Video"
The DLNA server seems to have crashed
Please restart the box
Sorted. Looks like it was the crontab entry. I'm still confused as to why I was getting that DNLA error in the log, but here is how I fixed it:
I ran the crontab command direct from the command line :
/mod/sbin/unencrypt "/mnt/hd2/My Video"
and it ran through and unencrypted one file and...
That didn't work. I've just done a force re-install and will see if that works tonight. One thing though, does this crontab entry look right :
1,31 1-6 * * * /mod/sbin/unencrypt "/mnt/hd2/My Video" > /mod/tmp/unencrypt.log
surely it should be "/media/My Video" ?
I've reset the DNLA database and re-enabled content sharing. Will see what happens tonight.
I think I've got an auto wake up in the night. What would the log show if this isn't the case?
The timestamp one the log file was 05: 31 this morning
Ok, turned off DNLA (well I assume I did - turned off content share on the internet menu) , did a power off with the back button. Turned content sharing back on and did another power off.
Result from last night was the same :
humaxhdr# more /mod/tmp/unencrypt.log
The DLNA server seems to...
Sorry Black Hole I don't get that, surely if we can mount /media we should be able to mount /media/My Videos instead it's just a case of knowing what syntax to use?
I posted earlier in this thread as I was having difficulties , but got it all working now thanks to the replies.
I have another question though. Currently I've mounted the "media" directory from the HDR to the HD. This is a little bit of a pain as I have to navigate to "My Videos" each time...
I've installed the unencrpt package, but it isn't working. Here is the log file from last night :
The DLNA server seems to have crashed
Please restart the box
What's the problem here - and what sort of restart is needed? The DNLA server seems fine as I can access it from an HD...
