The 'Show Matching Events' only finds the one entry (I'm restricting it to a Friday on C4HD).
I'll try setting an auto search for another series for tomorrow and see what happens when it runs.
I seem to be getting two entries in the schedule for series that have been set by the auto search. Latest example is 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown:
I'm also seeing it on the box itself, and it does definitely seem to be in there twice according to the raw DB view
and the log shows it...
Well that makes sense now. I was under the impression that EPG data was uploaded on an individual basis, but thinking about it that would lead to a huge volume of traffic to the site. It's all clever stuff...:)
On my Recent Activity log on the RS site, I always seem to be uploading "0 EPG entries, 13.75KiB":
Everything is working ok, and I have my full local EPG available and can schedule recordings fine. I've had a look through a few logs, including rsepg.log, but that only shows
Thu Apr 11...
Not sure if it's related to the new version, but I just noticed when adding a new Auto search, it's still offering me BBC HD in the Channels dropdown, whereas my EPG is now showing BBC Two HD. Should that channel list have auto-updated?
af, thanks for adding the option to delete folders - most useful!
One further question - what does the little "+" symbol mean on some of the folders in folder view? I used to think it meant the folder contained files, but that's not the case on mine.
All of these are series links, if that...
Apologies if this has been asked before, but why is there no option to delete folders when clicking on the pie chart on the RS website? I find I tend to manage my box almost exclusively from here and that just seems to be the one bit that is missing. I'm sure there must be a good reason though...:)
Since putting on this latest version, I've had a few instances where the ring has gone blue rather than dim amber when the box has gone into standby (not half awake but fully asleep). This has happened mainly when it shuts down when a timer ends (but not every time), but it did it last night...
I have a warning on the portal that I have scheduling conflicts, yet I can't see why - it's two consecutive progs on two different channels. Is it because I'm not using AR but pre/post padding?
