am I right in saying that the Pi has a dedicated chip also? I realise this is nothing, even if the humax had a dedicated chip you'd still need to interface with it. I'm just curious What CPU does the Humax HDR-FOX T2 Freeview+ HD Twin Tuner with 1TB Recorder have? I notice some of the open...- Nosferatu

ah, thanks - sorry yeah I was supposed to put it in the custom section. Yes, I mention the Pi but I guess if there is no interface to the media side of things then that would be an issue. I notice there are now 11 builds for different architectures, so I find the xbox part of XBMC pretty...- Nosferatu

as an FYI: I've discovered something /mod/mediatomb/config/mediatomb.html contains ;URL=XXXX192..2.200:49152/" where xxxx = http: // it works now after correcting the IP - but I'm guessing only until DHCP decides to be silly buggers again :(- Nosferatu

can I add that I'm having the exact issue as tech76 ... DHCP is randomly allocating IPs (too often imho but nvm) but the web interface works fine once you've worked out what the right ip is... however... mediatomb points to 192.0.2.200:49152/ I checked my hosts file and this is what I have...- Nosferatu
