Apologies for not getting back to you yesterday as promised - I was hit by unexpected work.
My understanding was that your RS Portal EPG was OK, apart from missing LCN 147? What do you mean by RS Portal EPG being stuck - that any change to your channel list on the box isn't reflected on the RS...
Thank you. That all looks fine, EPG database is rebuilding.
Perhaps worth trying to switch Freesat region just to see whether that triggers anything.
You can switch to BBC South by running the following on the box:
sqlite3 /opt/epg/channels.db "update tbl_svc_default set szsvcname = 'BBC ONE...
Hmm, it shows that it uploads 213 EPG events for LCN 147 Sky Arts (service ID 5752) so it should show EPG for this channel on RS Portal.
Would you be able to run these 4 commands and reply with the result (copy+paste):
sqlite3 /opt/epg/channels.db "select * from tbl_svc_x where uslcn = 147;"...
Would you be able to run the following command on the box and reply with the resulting file /opt/tmp/rspnpe.txt, please?
rs_process now -pe > /opt/tmp/rspnpe.txt
Is it included in the favourite channel list you're exposing on RS Portal?
Just tried on one of my boxes:
WebIf Channel Lists:
1. Included 147 Sky Arts on my favourite list Main Channels.
2. Clicked [Update] for favourite list Main Channels.
3. Clicked [Push Channels].
RS Portal Settings...
Did you click on the associated [Set] button after you changed the value of any of these settings? You need to do this for each setting you change.
Then wait a few seconds for the setting to be saved to the RS configuration database before refreshing the page. The Foxsat-HDR HW is slow.
I've released 1.4.5-16 with the following changes:
Improved non-Freesat recording post processing and instrumentation. Can still leave defunct .hmt file owing to Media List cache but these are detected and removed within a few hours.
Improved handling of large non-Freesat series schedules -...
I believe that I've finally found the culprit for this issue. I can reproduce if I start the Media List on the box whilst recording a non-Freesat recording or shortly after - before the RS recording management has run the postfixes and moved series recordings from the root to the appropriate...
I suggest you install the rs package which will give you the best of both worlds - mix and match Freesat and non-Freesat channels in one channel list. But you need to schedule non-Freesat recordings using the RS Portal, not possible on the box itself. The RS Portal will get EPG for the...
I suspect that you scheduled one of the movies on the box and the other via RS. Scheduling split events on the box doesn't always work properly - often you'll find that the box removes the schedules during the next Housekeeper boot. I'm not sure why that happens but it does from time to time...
Thanks for the extra details. I think the issue is that it incorrectly identifies non-Fressat recordings that already have been moved to their series folder and tries to move them again from the root. The first step in the moving process is to change the absolute file path name in the root .hmt...
I haven't forgot you. I've recorded about 30 non-Freesat programs from Cha4 HD without being able to reproduce your issue. I'm working on incorporating more instrumentation to be able to investigate the issue better, I hope I'll have a new version ready in a couple of days.
As quoted it's better to leave it on for at least 30 minutes as the Foxsat-HDR HW is a lot weaker than the HDR-Fox T2 HW.
For instance, it takes the box up to 10 min. to build the EPG database and following that the box then needs a couple of opportunities (automatically each 10 min.) to upload...
There is no similar thing for the Foxsat-HDR. The closest one is the Housekeeper boot at 03:00 but the box is supposed to do as little as possible during that, so RS isn't invoked.

Hope this helps.
Good point about the BBC channel name changes - I've asked af123 to have a look.
In general, channel icon detection on RS Portal for Freesat isn't as good as for Freeview.
Please check the documentation in WebIf regarding configuration questions...
af123 has fixed a few issues on the RS Portal, it should work again now. You'll need to make a little change to your channels before pushing again - the quickest way of doing this is to toggle a favorite in the WebIf Channel Lists (not the Channel Editor), click [Update] and then click [Push...
