  Struggling to install SqlLocalDB.msi - install fails trying to start SQL Server service - insufficient privileges ? Win11 Pro OS 64bit with x64 Proc. Have re-installed fresh copy of windows, same error. Installed ok on my Desktop PC but not my Intel NuC. Suggestion welcome!

  Fitted new 2TB hard disc in my HDR-T2 and installed CF, all appears ok except when I go to Tunefix settings - I get a 500 Internal Server Error. Have tried re-installing CF from scratch and run disk fix to check for errors. Looking at the web-error log I get...

  And at least I wont be too annoyed if I break something in the cheap copy remote while trying to prise it open to disable the buttons. :)

  Thanks for all the suggestions, I bought a copy remote from an eBay seller - described as only DVR button working, supplied remote had four working buttons so may prise apart and disable buttons.

  Is it possible to reprogram the Humax remote TV,DVD and AUDIO white buttons so that they operate the Humax as if the PVR button was selected? Trying to help elderly relative.

  Complete brain failure with my parents HDR-T2, installed custom software all working ok with flatten and auto-unprotect some other packages installed. Then approx three weeks ago mistakenly changed encryption key to all zeros - thought at the time all the recordings had been un-encrypted...

  I am using Network Shares Automount to connect to my Synology NAS and a Sweeper rule to copy recordings that are newer than 400hrs. I would prefer to just copy files in the Flatview folder, is this possible with Sweeper? I did wonder if it would of been better to get the NAS to connect to the...

Is it possible to reprogram the Humax remote TV,DVD and AUDIO white buttons so that they operate the Humax as if the PVR button was selected? Trying to help elderly relative.
