Incorrect Programme lengths showing on completed recordings
Since Christmas, I have had most of my recordings working fine but showing the wrong length both on the browse media files screen and in the Actual Time it shows for a programme on Info. I do not use detectads as I wanted to keep things simple as possible. The attached screenshot shows what the info screen looks like on the television and it appears that the blue line beginning Actual Time has incorrect start and end times. Restart needed after playing any recording
In the last few days, I have found that I can play a recording fine. When I press STOP, instead of showing the list of recordings, it shows a blank page with the "jump up a level" dots, which go nowhere if I click on them. If I restart the box, I get the full list of recordings back and can...- simonog

Once again, the error was mine and I thank those of you who steered me right. I have now installed the firmware and am relieved/delighted to have a working machine again. Using the Humax interface was driving me up the wall.- simonog

I was trying to find the right software for my Foxsat HDR recorder and was pointed at this. I used to run some custom firmware from hummy.tv and lost it with the hard disk replacement. Now I’m struggling to find the right named file!- simonog

I am not sure if anyone still reads this thread. I had to replace my hard disk recently and have been trying to re-install the custom firmware. Despite placing the HDR_FOX_T2_upgrade.hdf file on to the root of a FAT32 USB, when i restart the Humax box from its switch, the screen on the front...- simonog

thank you. Should I have been able to find that? I tried searching and failed. When I try and download it, it offers me something called raydons media and file server bundle before the core software - does that sound a) right and b) necessary?- simonog
