Ok. Am I best then to try plugging laptop in to check power lines working ok then!?
Also if it a router issue how do I resolve this problem!?

Ive recently bought the 200t model and have set it up. However when i try to access the catchup player via portal it just says No network connection!!!!
I connect to the box via ethernet cable through power line adapters to my bt home hub. When i click on the settings it says Lan...
