hdr-fox t2 best customised firmware 2017

I downloaded and installed a customised firmware for my Humax HDR-Fox T2 approximately 5 years ago & I have even forgot how I did it. I don't know what the firmware was and I don't have the usb stick that the file was on. The second issue I have is I accidentally deleted all my recordings...
