2000T won't connect to humax portal

Good evening

Ive recently bought the 200t model and have set it up. However when i try to access the catchup player via portal it just says No network connection!!!!

I connect to the box via ethernet cable through power line adapters to my bt home hub. When i click on the settings it says Lan cable is connected which is strange!!

Can anybody help please??

Have you checked that the ethernet cable through power line adapters to your bt home hub is working? From what you have reported so far there is no reason to believe that the HDR-2000T is at fault.
 
Ok. Am I best then to try plugging laptop in to check power lines working ok then!?

Also if it a router issue how do I resolve this problem!?

Start by rebooting the router. If it still doesn't work, go into the router settings and see if there is anything obvious blocking access.

That sounds like a good plan.
Can you check the ip address that the box has. It should be typically 192.168.1.xxx or 192.168.0.xxx
