800 Channels gone

Apologies if enough info has been obtained already! An old thread mentioned that folks would like to know if the latest official FW was better at re-tuning. It is! All my 800 channels disappeared today after an upgrade and re-tune.

Not 100% sure which transmitter I'm on, but I live in Reigate, so probably Crystal Palace...

That's great. It would be as well to check all your multiplexes are from the same group though - post them here and we will confirm it for you.

Menu >> Settings >> System >> Signal Detection >> OK, note the channel numbers in the list.
