9300T Guide not loading

I was under the impression that Humax had acknowledged there was a problem some weeks ago and there are indications that work is going on to produce a fix.

It must be in the last three weeks as I spoke with a technician four weeks ago and he didn't say they were trying to fix it then, he wanted me to send my box back for repair, I told him the same as I have just posted, so maybe they have realised there is a bug.
