I've edited the channel list and accidentally deleted one I wanted. I there no way to get this back without a complete retune, with all the hassle that creates?

What Hassle. Use a phone to photograph your recording schedule. Using the photos it only takes a short time to re-enter. Freesat boxes tune very quickly compared to Freeview ones.
