An error occurred whilst launching the application http://localhost/portal/index.html

Hi
I have just installed the custom firmware for the first time.
I have first updated to 1.02.28 and then installed mod2.11.
The Webif is working fine. I have installed package disable-dso which all appeared to go smoothly.
I then installed portal-xtra1. I rebooted as instructed. On selecting the TV Portal button I now get the Alert "An error occurred whilst launching the application http://localhost/portal/index.html". I have un-installed, rebooted, and reinstalled, same problem. I have run the diagnostics tool "fix-flash-packages" and then rebooted. Same problem.
The normal Humax portal works when the portal-xtra1 is un-installed but I really want to try sky player.
Any suggestions? Any help gratefully appreciated...

I found the simple answer of selecting exit button to exit portal and then pressing tv portal again. Now it all works. Great work guys.... Very appreciated.

I think some packages need 2 reboots for them to work correctly.
