This morning (2/12) I received an RS failed recording email for a recording that was actually made 11/30
For some reason the .ts file has been mis-renamed to include the path name within the file name!
I can manually rename the .ts but it is very strange that it got misnamed in the first place - no other recording had been. I can see nothing related in the logs.
Looking at the recording via webif is no use since it refuses to display any information
Though the hmt utility is able to display
Note: I am going to turn off auto dedup for this folder - it is far more trouble than it is worth
I cant use the TVDB since the series information in the synopsis bears no relationship at all with theTVDB - the synopsis says it is (S1 Ep 36) The Enchanted Warbler but theTVDB says

Using just the synopsis without TVDB integration is slightly better but five episodes (so far) have been flagged as duplicate (A charming animation)
